Due to current global events and out of an abundance of caution and safety, the Minot Air Force Base Open House is regrettably cancelled. 

While there is no specific threat to Minot Air Force Base or the local area, due to force protection considerations it is necessary to cancel today’s event. 

We thank the public for your support and understanding. We look forward to hosting an even bigger and better event in the future.

* Base access to the public will close at 2PM
* During the Open House, civilians will be allowed entry through the South Gate and will not be required to present ID unless stopped by SF or Ward County Sheriff’s Office deputies

Portable coolers for medicines and medical equipment are allowed; all items are subject to screening

Suggestions to Pack
Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, cameras, clear plastic water bottles, hat with a visor, sunglasses, cash, sufficient gas in your vehicle's tank to wait in congested traffic

Note: All hand carried items, including strollers, will be subject to search.
