  • Operation Home for the Holidays

    A new program, Operation Home for the Holidays, was recently instituted by U.S. Air Force Col. Daniel Hoadley, 5th Bomb Wing commander, U.S. Air Force Col. Kenneth McGhee, 91st Missile Wing commander, with the city of Minot Chamber of commerce.

  • New wireless headsets improve base operations

    Until recently, 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (AMXS) crew chiefs performing maintenance on the ground used headsets wired into the B-52H Stratofortress to communicate with the crew inside. The wires raised a number of concerns, to include mobility and the price of replacing the wires.

  • Team Minot welcomes newest deputy commanders

    Recently, Team Minot welcomed its newest deputy commanders. U.S. Air Force Col. Benjamin Jensen and U.S. Air Force Col. George L. Chapman assumed deputy commander duties for the 5th Bomb Wing and 91st Missile Wing respectively.
