Staff Sgt. Victoria Lathon, 69th Bomb Squadron, Master Sgt. Amber Alter, 23rd Bomb Squadron and Airman 1st Class Zaccari Dunham, 23rd BS, combined are the Aviation Resource Management office. Their mission is to ensure 189 aircrew members are physically and physiologically qualified to fly B-52 Aircrafts. They ensure aircrew members have completed all mandatory ground and flight training prior to each flight and are the final look prior to aircrews stepping onto the aircraft. After each flight, the SARM office updates flying training accomplished and inputs all flight hours into the ARMS Database. This enables leadership to make effective planning decisions to ensure aircrews stay nuclear and conventionally qualified to execute the 5th Bomb Wing's dual-role mission.
