The 2017-2018 Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota Combined Federal Campaign kicked off Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017 and runs until Jan. 10, 2018.

This year, Team Minot’s campaign goal is 100 percent contact across both the 5th Bomb Wing and the 91st Missile Wing.

The 2017-2018 campaign will be accomplished primarily online at https://cfcgiving.opm.gov.

Paper pledge forms are available to personnel without access to a computer and can be acquired through their squadron or group representatives.

Established in 1961, the CFC is the world’s largest and most successful workplace charity campaign, with more than 200 CFC campaigns throughout the country and internationally.

Over its 56-year history, the CFC has raised $8.2 billion and has provided an inexpensive way for many smaller charitable organizations to receive donations.

Pledges made by retiree, federal civilian, postal and military donors during the campaign season support eligible non-profit organizations that provide health and human service benefits throughout the world.

This year, members may pledge volunteer hours in addition to monetary donations.

Each year, thousands of charities depend on the CFC for support.  Contributions can be made online or through squadron or group representatives by check or payroll deduction.

Donors may designate which charity, or charities, receives their pledge by filling out a pledge form.

This year’s Minot AFB campaign theme is “Show Some Love”. In these difficult economic times, we can give aid and hope to those who need it most. Each member of the Minot AFB family can make a difference.

Please notify your squadron or group representative after your volunteer or monetary pledge is made.
