The 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Support Section supports its mission with first-class equipment to ensure sortie generation is a success. This section maintains a 67-vehicle fleet worth $15 million to support six maintenance sections with an impressive 93 percent service rate. It also controls and ensures accountability of tools and tests equipment for more than 600 maintenance technicians. They also arm the 5th AMXS with the necessary tools to complete the mission.
