Straight from the horse's mouth Published Aug. 7, 2013 By Airman 1st Class Andrew Crawford Minot Air Force Base Public Affairs MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Minot Air Force Base Airmen and their families have the opportunity to maintain horses at the base's horse stables. The Dufresne Riding Club, a non-profit organization, is currently comprised of 10 families with 17 horses and have a total of more than 60 acres of land for horses to graze. Members of the club perform all fundraising and barn maintenance themselves.
