MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Balfour Beatty Communities partnered with various organizations at Minot Air Force Base, N.D. Dec. 13. to conduct a holiday parade which wound through base housing for nearly one hour. The parade began at the base-exchange and featured an array of hand-made floats from a selection of base squadrons, festive holiday music, large ply-wood Christmas cards and free treats which were handed out to onlookers.
