Team Minot’s First Sergeants

Team Minot's 24 First Sergeants support the installation's 11.5K Total Force population of Airmen, families, civilians, retirees, and contractors from the 5th Bomb Wing, the 91st Missile Wing, and tenant units. Their primary responsibility is to build and maintain a mission-ready force to execute home station and expeditionary mission requirements. They are key advisors to leadership at all levels and provide personnel services for unit members, along with referrals to external support agencies.
