MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In January 2014, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:
RANK, UNIT, PUNISHMENT, OFFENSE

1. An Airman First Class from the 5th Communications Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, suspended forfeiture of $858.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, Violation of a Lawful Regulation.

2. An Airman First Class from the 5th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, suspended forfeiture of $858.00 pay per month for two months, suspended 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 111, Drunken Operation of a Vehicle.

3. An Airman Basic from the 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a suspended forfeiture of $758.00 pay per month for 2 months, suspended 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, Dereliction of Duty and one violation of Article 86, Failure to Go.

4. A Senior Airman from the 5th Civil Engineering Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 112a, Wrongful use of Marijuana.

5. An Airman First Class from the 5th Civil Engineering Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 134, Drunk and Disorderly.

6. An Airman from the 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic, restriction to base for 15 days, suspended restriction to base for 15 days, 30 days extra duty, suspended 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 134, Unauthorized Pass Offense.

7. A Senior Airman from the 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to Airman First Class, suspended restriction to base for 15 days, 15 days extra duty, suspended 15 days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 134, Unauthorized Pass Offenses.

8. A Senior Airman from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class, suspended forfeiture of $1,017.00 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 107, False Official Statement and one violation of Article 92, Dereliction of Duty.

9. An Airman First Class from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, suspended forfeiture of $858.00 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 107, False Official Statement and one violation of Article 92, Dereliction of Duty.

10. A Staff Sergeant from the 91st Maintenance Operations Squadron received a reduction in rank to Senior Airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, Dereliction of Duty, and one violation of Article 107, False Official Statement.

11. An Airman First Class from the 91st Missile Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, suspended reduction in rank to Airman Basic, forfeiture of $765.00 pay for one months, suspended forfeiture of $765.00 pay for one month, base for 15 days, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 83, Fraudulent Enlistment, and three violations of Article 92, Dereliction of Duty and Failure to Obey Order or Regulation.

12. An Airman First Class from the 91st Missile Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to Airman, suspended reduction to Airman Basic, forfeiture of $765.00 pay for one month, suspended forfeiture of $765.00 pay for one month, restriction to base for 30 days, 10 days extra duty, and a reprimand, for one violation of Article 111 Drunken Operation of a Vehicle.

13. A Senior Airman from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to Airman First Class, suspended reduction to Airman, forfeiture of $858.00 pay for one month, suspended forfeiture of $858 suspended pay for one month, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 111, Drunken Operation of a Vehicle.

14. An Airman First Class from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to Airman, suspended reduction to Airman Basic, suspended forfeitures of $765.00 for two months, and a reprimand for two violations of Article 92 Dereliction of Duty and on violation of Article 134, Debt, Dishonorably Failing to Pay

15. An Airman First Class from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to Airman, suspended reduction to Airman Basic, forfeiture of $765.00 pay for one month, suspended forfeiture of $765.00 pay for one month, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 112a, Wrongful Use of a Controlled Substance.

Along with nonjudicial punishment under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, members who commit misconduct are subject to other adverse actions. This includes Administrative Demotions and Administrative Discharge Actions. Additional or more serious misconduct may be met with more severe adverse actions, such as trial by court-martial.
