MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Maj. Gen. Scott Vander Hamm, Eighth Air Force commander, tours different 5th Bomb Wing units at Minot Air Force Base, N.D., Feb. 21-28, 2014. During Vander Hamm's first visit as the Eighth Air Force commander, he came to learn first-hand about the 5th Bomb Wing's mission. As a highlight of his trip, the general also held an all-call for Team Minot Airmen where he introduced himself and discussed several hot topics regarding the 5th BW.
