MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Construction on Minot Air Force Bases runway is scheduled to begin in early April with the project expected to be completed in October 2014. B-52H Stratofortresses took off from Minot Air Force Base Wednesday, March 27, 2014 traveling to Ellsworth Air Force Base to continue the mission while the runway project is completed.
