MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Col. Patrick Butler, 5th Maintenance Group commander, and Maj. Mark Chapa, 5th Maintenance Squadron commander, are joined by other base leadership in a ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the grand opening of Dock 8 on Minot Air Force Base, N.D., March 18, 2015.
