MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Members of the 5th Civil Engineer Squadron were tested during an exercise held on Minot Air Force Base, N.D., May 29, 2015. Exercise Prairie Rampart 15-2 ensured that first responders and base personnel are properly trained to clean up and decontaminate potential hazardous situations such as a chemical spill.
