Armstrong Public Affairs MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- A team of Airmen from the 5th Munitions Squadron assemble inert GBU-38 munitions at Minot Air Force Base, N.D, June 25, 2015. The purpose of the build was to practice for the bomb-building portion of the Air Force Global Strike Challenge. Airman Leadership Class 15-Echo observed the build to better understand 5 MUNS operations and to help adjust the team to working in front of an audience.
