MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The base chapel put on a carnival for the Airmen and their families at Bud Ebert Park at Minot AFB, N.D., Sept. 16, 2015. The carnival consisted of several activities to include a bouncy house, slides, water balloon toss and a jacob's ladder.
