MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The airfield lighting system building which supplies power to runway lighting is currently undergoing a series of improvements at Minot Air force Base, N.D., Sept. 17, 2015. The project, which began in late July, is slated for completion in July of 2016. The building is receiving new sewer systems, an updated internal structure, new sidewalks and electrical systems.
