USAF Test Pilot School Published April 28, 2016 By Airman 1st Class Jessica Weissman Minot Air Force Base Public Affairs MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- The next annual United States Air Force Test Pilot School selection board will convene July 25-29, 2016 at the Air Force Personnel Center. TPS is the world's distinguished fixed-wing test pilot school. Graduates are future senior leaders who will be in high demand in an era of increasing combat technological advancements. Pilots, combat systems officers, and engineers are trained to develop, test and evaluate the newest aircraft and weapons systems. Upon graduation, Airmen will be awarded a Master of Science degree in Flight Test Engineering by Air University, which is accredited by the Community College of the Air Force.
