MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Tops in Blue, the premier Air Force entertainment showcase, performs a concert at the Minot Municipal Auditorium June 21. The concert was free and open to the public. This year's performance was entitled "The Fly By" highlighting the 60th anniversary of the Air Force.
