MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In August 2008, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

1. An Airman from 5th Civil Engineer Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (suspended), forfeiture of $100 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for violating Article 111, physically controlling a vehicle while intoxicated, and Article 112, drunk on duty.

2. An Airman First Class from 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (with reduction below Airman suspended), forfeiture of $673 pay per month for two months (suspended), restriction for 30 days, 30 days of extra duty, and a reprimand for violating Article 92, consuming alcohol while under the age of 21.

3. An Airman from 5th Munitions Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic for violating Article 86, failure to go.

4. An Airman First Class from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (with reduction below Airman suspended) and restriction for 30 days for violating Article 92, consuming alcohol while under the age of 21 and possessing and transporting an unregistered firearm on Minot Air Force Base.

5. A Senior Airman from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (with reduction below Airman First Class suspended) for violating Article 112a, wrongful use of percocet.

6. A Senior Airman from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (with reduction below Airman First Class suspended) for violating Article 78, accessory after the fact, and Article 112a, wrongful distribution of percocet.

7. An Airman First Class from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (with reduction below Airman suspended) for violating Article 92, consuming alcohol while under the age of 21, and Article 112a, wrongful distribution and use of percocet.

8. A Staff Sergeant from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Senior Airman and forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months (suspended) for violating Article 112a, wrongful use of percocet.

9. A Senior Airman from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (with reduction below Airman First Class suspended) for violating Article 112a, wrongful use of percocet.

10. A Senior Airman from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (with reduction below Airman First Class suspended) for violating Article 112a, wrongful use of percocet.

11. A Senior Airman from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (with reduction below Airman First Class suspended) for violating Article 112a, wrongful possession of percocet, and Article 86, AWOL.
