MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In September 2008, the following Minot Air Force Base Airmen were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

1. An Airman First Class from 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (suspended), forfeiture of $100.00 pay per month for two months, and restriction for 30 days for violating Article 92, consuming alcohol while under the age of 21.

2. An Airman First Class from 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (suspended), forfeiture of $150.00 pay per month for two months, and restriction for 30 days for violating Article 92, consuming alcohol while under the age of 21 and Article 134, making a false official statement to a police officer.

3. An Airman First Class from 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (suspended), forfeiture of $150.00 pay per month for two months, and restriction for 30 days for violating Article 92, consuming alcohol while under the age of 21.

4. An Airman First Class from 91st Missile Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, restriction for 15 days, and 15 days of extra duty for violating Article 107, making a false official statement and falsely signing an official record.

5. A First Lieutenant from 741st Missile Squadron received forfeiture of $300.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for violating Article 92, failing to properly handle classified material.

6. A Senior Airman from 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class and 10 days of extra duty for violating Article 92, failing to obey a lawful order and Article 134, adultery.

7. An Airman First Class from 5th Munitions Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and restriction for 30 days for violating Article 92, consuming alcohol while under the age of 21.

8. An Airman First Class from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, forfeiture of $150.00 pay per month for two months (suspended), and a reprimand for violating Article 92, consuming alcohol while under the age of 21 and failing to register and properly store a privately owned firearm.

9. A Senior Airman from 5th Munitions Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (with reduction below Airman First Class suspended) for violating Article 134, adultery.

10. An Airman First Class from 91st Missile Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (suspended) and 30 days of extra duty for violating Article 86, failing to go.

11. A Staff Sergeant from 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a reduction in rank to Senior Airman for violating Article 95, resisting arrest and Article 134, being drunk and disorderly.

12. An Airman Basic from 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron received forfeiture of $673.00 pay per month for two months, restriction for 60 days, and a reprimand for violating Article 86, AWOL and Article 87, missing movement.

13. A Senior Airman from 5th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class (suspended) and a reprimand for violating Article 91, disrespecting a
noncommissioned officer, Article 92, disobeying a lawful order, and Article 107, making a false official statement.
