MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In October 2008, the following Minot Air Force Base Airmen were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice: 

1. A Senior Airman from 91st Maintenance Operations Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class and 45 days of extra duty (suspended) for violating Article 121, larceny.

2. A Staff Sergeant from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Senior Airman, forfeiture of $250.00 pay per month for two months (suspended), and a reprimand for violating Article 92, dereliction of duty.

3. An Airman First Class from 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic for violating Article 92, failure to refrain from consuming alcohol while under the age of 21, Article 107, false official statement, Article 111, drunk driving, and Article 134, solicitation.

4. An Airman First Class from 5th Munitions Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic for violating Article 92, failure to obey.

5. A Captain from 741st Missile Squadron received forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for violating Article 92, dereliction of duty.

6. An Airman First Class from 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (suspended) for violating Article 92, misuse of Government Travel Card.

7. A First Lieutenant from 741st Missile Squadron received forfeiture of $300.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for violating Article 92, dereliction of duty.

8. An Airman First Class from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (suspended) and a reprimand for violating Article 92, failure to properly complete mandatory outprocessing procedures.

9. A Staff Sergeant from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Senior Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 92, failure to complete mandatory outprocessing requirements and Article 86, failure to go.

10. A Senior Airman from 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class (suspended), 14 days of extra duty, and a reprimand for violating Article 107, false official statement.

11. An Airman Basic from 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received restriction for 30 days and 10 days of extra duty for violating Article 134, breaking restriction.

12. An Airman First Class from 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic and restriction for 30 days for violating Article 92, failure to refrain from drinking alcohol while under the age of 21 and Article 111, drunk driving.

13. A Master Sergeant from 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Technical Sergeant for violating Article 111, drunk driving.

14. An Airman First Class from 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic and 21 days of extra duty for violating Article 92, failure to obey and Article 134, adultery.
