In November 2008, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice: 

1. An Airman First Class from 91st Missile Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (suspended), 30 days restriction, and 15 days extra duty for violating Article 128, unlawfully striking a person in the head, and Article 134, disorderly conduct.

2. An Airman from 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received forfeiture of $200.00 pay and 30 days extra duty for violating Article 121, larceny.

3. A Senior Airman from 5th Munitions Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class and a reprimand for violating Article 121, larceny.

4. A Senior Airman from 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class and 14 days extra duty for violating Article 92, failing to properly conduct inspections and Article 107, false official statement.

5. An Airman First Class from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, 30 days restriction, and a reprimand for violating Article 113, sleeping on post.
6. An Airman from 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (suspended), 30 days restriction, and a reprimand for violating Article 134, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

7. An Airman from 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic, 30 days restriction, and a reprimand for violating Article 134, disorderly conduct.

8. A Senior Airman from 23rd Bomb Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class (suspended), forfeiture of $200.00 pay, 5 days extra duty, and a reprimand for violating Article 92, failure to obey a lawful order.

9. A Senior Airman from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class (suspended), forfeiture of $100.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for violating Article 92, failure to obey a lawful order and dereliction of duty.
