MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In January 2009, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

1. An Airman from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (suspended), forfeitures of $50.00 pay per month for 2 months, restriction for 30 days, and a reprimand for violating Article 86, failure to go.

2. A Senior Airman from 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class (suspended) and forfeitures of $894.00 pay per month for 2 months (suspended) for violating Article 92, failure to obtain proper authorization before gaining off-duty employment and failure to properly follow Personnel Reliability Program procedures.

3. An Airman First Class from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, forfeitures of $100.00 pay per month for 2 months (suspended), and a reprimand for violating Article 86, one specification of failure to go, and Article 92, one specifications of dereliction of duty, failure to refrain from playing video games while on duty, and one specification of failure to obey a lawful order.

4. An Airman from 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (suspended) and 30 days extra duty for violating Article 107, making a false official statement.

5. A Senior Airman from 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class and 45 days of extra duty for violating Article 86, failure to go.

6. A Staff Sergeant from 5th Munitions Squadron received a reduction in rank to Senior Airman (suspended), forfeitures of $500.00 pay per month for 2 months, and a reprimand for violating Article 128, assault, striking Airmen, and Article 134, drunk and disorderly.

7. An Airman Basic from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received 15 days of extra duty and a reprimand for violating Article 86, two specifications of failure to go.

8. An Airman First Class from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 86, failure to go.

9. A Staff Sergeant from 5th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Senior Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 93, maltreatment, by slapping and head butting an Airman, and Article 128, assault.

10. A Staff Sergeant from 5th Munitions Squadron received a reduction in rank to Senior Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 107, four specifications of making a false official statement, Article 86, one specification of failure to go, and Article 134, one specification of drunkenness, incapacitated for duty due to overindulgence in intoxicating liquor or drugs.

11. A Senior Airman from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class, 5 days of extra duty, and a reprimand for violating Article 108, causing damage to military property, Article 134, wrongful endeavor to impede an investigation, and Article 92, failure to report damage done to government property.

12. An Airman First Class from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman (suspended), forfeitures of $784.00 pay (suspended), restriction for 30 days, and a reprimand for violating Article 92, failure to refrain from consuming alcohol while under the age of twenty-one, and Article 109, causing damage to personal property.

13. A Senior Airman from 5th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class for violating Article 128, assault.
