In February 2009, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

1. An Airman First Class from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 113, found sleeping on post.

2. A Senior Airman from 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class and a reprimand for violating Article 92, failure to turn in AF Form 1975, Fitness Improvement Activity Log-Aerobic Training.

3. An Airman First Class from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, 5 days of extra duty, and a reprimand for two violations of Article 92, failure to report damage done to a government owned vehicle and failure to properly monitor a fellow Airman's driving a passenger in a government owned vehicle.

4. A Senior Airman from 5th Security Forces Squadron received forfeitures of $1,109.00 pay (suspended) and a reprimand for violating Article 92, wrongful use of a government owned vehicle for unauthorized purposes.

5. A Senior Airman from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class and a reprimand for violating Article 86, AWOL.

6. A Senior Airman from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class and a reprimand for violating Article 121, wrongful appropriation of funds, and Article 107, false official statement.

7. An Airman First Class from 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic (suspended) and a reprimand for violating Article 113, found sleeping on post.

8. An Airman from 5th Munitions Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic and a reprimand for violating Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana.

9. A Staff Sergeant from 5th Medical Operations Squadron received forfeitures of $100.00 pay per month for 2 months and a reprimand for violating Article 92, wrongful use of a Government Travel Card; Article 107, false official statement; and Article 134, failure to pay debt.
