New base housing maintenance services Published March 23, 2009 Minot Air Force Base Public Affairs MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Military family housing residents are advised housing maintenance services will be provided by a different contractor beginning April 1. Maintenance and repair services will be under the management of RFS, LLC . Residents will continue to use the 727-6174 phone number to request maintenance and repairs to their home. In addition to providing the same quality of service, this contractor will also manage the housing Self-Help store which will be located at the Housing Maintenance facility at 20 Peacekeeper Place, building 289.
