MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. – Senior Airman Osha Parker, a refueling equipment operator, and Senior Airman Louis Solsbury, a fuels distribution journeyman, both from the 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron, cross Bomber Boulevard as they head to work during a blizzard here March 24. Airmen from the 5th Bomb Wing and 91st Missile Wing were released early due to the forecasted hazardous weather conditions. 2009 was a year that brought progress and a renewed emphasis on safe, secure and reliable nuclear operations.
