Diversities Challenge survey Published March 19, 2009 Minot Air Force Base Public Affairs MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- In an effort to receive honest feedback with regards to how Minot AFB's Airmen feel they are being treated in their work centers, how we are doing in getting along with one another, whether or not the base is providing appropriate outlets for everyone assigned to Minot, and most importantly, what can be done to better support Minot's Airmen and their families during their tour here, the 5th Bomb Wing Inspector General's office and Chief Master Sgt. Mark R. Clark, 5th Bomb Wing command chief master sergeant, are requesting everyone at Minot AFB log on and complete the Minot AFB Human Relations and Quality of Life Survey. The purpose of this survey is gather data which will be used to better educate the force on the challenges our minorities face here at Minot, as well as help understand some of the underlying causes of issues that may be affecting the morale of Minot's workforce.
