Christopher Baker Job description: As a UH-1N flight engineer with the 54th Helicopter Squadron, I operate the rescue hoist, monitors all gauges and makes sure that all systems are operating within limits. Hometown: Anderson, S.C. Time in Minot: 9 months What is your favorite thing to do in Minot? I love to coach my daughter in soccer and my son in football and baseball. What do you find to be the most unique part of your job? There are only eight people on Minot AFB that are in my career field. What is your most memorable moment in the Air Force? Why? My most memorable moment in the Air Force is when I deployed to Sri Lanka during the tsunami relief effort. I helped deliver food and water to more than 250 thousand people. What's something you wish you were better at? I wish that I was better at finding time to get my CCAF degree competed.
