MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, -- Emergency personnel respond to an “injured victim” during a major accident response exercise here, Jun 5. The simulation was conducted in preparation for the air show and open house, Northern Neighbors Day. 2009 was a year that brought progress and a renewed emphasis on safe, secure and reliable nuclear operations.
