James Gallagher, 5th Mission Support Group commander, and Chief Master Sgt. John Hemmy, 5th MSG superintendent, presented the award to the Clarks. The Clarks meticulously maintained residence earned them a $100.00 saving bond from the Minot Chapter of the Air Force Association, a $10.00 gift card from AAFES, and $15.00 in Darby Dollars to spend in 5th Force Support Squadron facilities.
