Starbase uses hands-on programs to educate children

MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Starbase is an educational program that teaches children about the technological environment on military bases and instillations. Elementary school children learn various technologies by hands-on experiments such as Pro-Engineer, which is a program that teaches children how military equipment such as Army Rovers operates. The Starbase program is a resource used by teachers to help create a successful future for children throughout the United States.
