MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Two teams from the 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron compete for the best load crew during the Quarterly Load Crew Competition here. The teams, which consist of four members, are evaluated monthly on how quickly and precisely they can load weapons onto an aircraft. The competition not only helps to ensure quick and quality work, but also to encourage teamwork and enthusiasm.
