MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. – A 5th Security Forces Squadron patrol vehicle blocks the east bound lane of Missile Avenue here 17 June. The 5th SFS closed numerous intersections on base in the late afternoon hours due to standing water from heavy rain produced by severe thunderstorms that moved through the area.
