MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In August 2010, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

1. A Senior Airman from the 5th Bomb Wing received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class, suspended forfeiture of $961.00 for 2 months, restriction for 30 days and a reprimand for violating Article 112a, distribution of a schedule III controlled substance.

2. An Airman from the 5th Civil Engineering Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic, restriction for 45 days and 15 days of extra duty for violating Article 134, use of spice.

3. An Airman from the 5th Civil Engineering Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to Airman Basic, restriction for 45 days and 14 days of extra duty for violating Article 86, failure to go.

4. An Airman from the 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic and restriction for 30 days for violating Article 92, minor in consumption and Article 111, driving under the influence.

5. An Airman from the 5th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic and a reprimand for three violations of Article 134, use of spice.

6. An Airman from the 5th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic and a reprimand for violating Article 134, use of spice.

7. An Airman from the 5th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic and a reprimand for three violations of Article 134, use of spice.

8. An Airman First Class from the 5th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 134, use of spice.

9. A Senior Airman from the 5th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class and a reprimand for two violations of Article 134, use of spice.

10. An Airman First Class from the 5th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for two violations of Article 134, use of spice.

11. An Airman from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic and a reprimand for violating Article 112a, use of a schedule III controlled substance.

12. An Airman from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic and a reprimand for violating Article 113, sleeping on post.

13. A First Lieutenant from the 741st Missile Squadron received a forfeiture of $1801.00 pay for 2 months, with forfeitures in excess of $900.00 pay for 2 months suspended, and a reprimand for violating Article 134, drunk and disorderly and Article 134, resisting apprehension.

14. An Airman First Class from the 741st Missile Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, 30 days of extra duty and a reprimand for violating Article 112a, use of marijuana.

15. An Airman First Class from the 91st Missile Security Forces received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic, suspended forfeitures of $723.00 pay for 2 months, and restriction for 30 days for three violations of Article 92, dereliction of duty.
