MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In September 2010, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

1. A Technical Sergeant from the 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to Staff Sergeant, 14 days of extra duty and a reprimand for violating Article 92, violation of a lawful general regulation.

2. An Airman First Class from the 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to Airman, 14 days of extra duty and a reprimand for violating Article 92, dereliction of duty.

3. An Airman First Class from the 5th Civil Engineering Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic and 15 days of extra duty for violating Article 86, going from place of duty.

4. A Senior Airman from the 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman First Class for violating Article 128, assault consummated by a battery.

5. A Technical Sergeant from the 5th Munitions Squadron received a reduction in rank to Staff Sergeant, forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months, 30 days of extra duty and a reprimand for violating Article 92, contributing alcohol to minors and Article 134, adultery.

6. A Staff Sergeant from the 5th Munitions Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to Senior Airman, forfeitures of $250 pay per months for two months, 45 days of extra duty and a reprimand for violating Article 134, drunk and disorderly.

7. An Airman First Class from the 5th Munitions Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to Airman, suspended forfeitures of $500 pay, 7 days of extra duty and a reprimand for violating Article 86, failure to go.

8. An Airman Basic from the 5th Maintenance Squadron received suspended forfeitures of $723 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for two violations of Article 86, failure to go; and two violations of Article 92, dereliction of duty.

9. An Airman First Class from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to Airman, forfeitures of $800 pay and a reprimand for violating Article 107, false official statement.

10. An Airman First Class from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 92, contributing alcohol to a minor.

11. An Airman First Class from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 113, sleeping on post.

12. An Airman First Class from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, forfeitures of $811 pay per month for two months, 15 days of restriction and a reprimand for violating Article 92, minor in consumption of alcohol and Article 112, drunk on duty.

13. An Airman First Class from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 113, sleeping on post.

14. An Airman First Class from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 113, sleeping on post.

15. An Airman Basic from the 91st Missile Maintenance Squadron received forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months, 5 days of extra duty and a reprimand for two violations of Article 86, failure to go.

16. An Airman First Class from the 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 92, dereliction of duty and Article 107, false official statement.

17. An Airman First Class from the 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, 15 days of extra duty and a reprimand for violating Article 86, absent without leave; Article 92, dereliction of duty and Article 107, false official statement.

18. An Airman First Class from the 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic, 30 days of extra duty and a reprimand for two violations of Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana.

19. An Airman First Class from the 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 86, absent without leave; Article 86, failure to go and Article 92, dereliction of duty.

20. An Airman First Class from the 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received forfeitures of $852 pay, 15 days of extra duty and a reprimand for violating Article 86, failure to go.

21. An Airman from the 741st Missile Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic and a reprimand for violating Article 111, driving under the influence of alcohol.

22. A Senior Airman from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman, suspended forfeitures of $811 pay for two months, 30 days of extra duty and a reprimand for two violations of Article 92, dereliction of duty and one violation of Article 113, sleeping on post.

23. An Airman First Class from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for three violations of Article 92, dereliction of duty.

24. An Airman First Class from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman Basic, 30 days of restriction, 30 days of extra duty and a reprimand for violating Article 92, minor in consumption of alcohol; Article 108, damaging military property; Article 134, drunk and disorderly and Article 134, making worthless checks.
