MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- MInot is home to one of the most important strategic bomber and missile wing bases in the Air Force. With its unique mission set on the frigid, blustery plains of North Dakota, Minot AFB has its own set of standards when it comes to cold weather gear in uniform.
