Intersection Power Outage Published Nov. 8, 2010 5 th Bomb Wing Public Affairs Office MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Starting 8 a.m. on Nov. 10 there will be no stop light service at the intersection of Missile Ave and Summit Drive. The expected power outage is for eight hours. Stop signs will be posted at all four corners of the intersection. Please adhere to all traffic laws and right of way.
