MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- Minot Airmen are strongly encouraged to use caution while driving North Dakota roads this winter. Snow and ice make driving dangerous and potentially harmful to not only the person, but also their vehicle. Studded snow tires can be helpful and provide extra traction.
