GARRISON, N.D. -- The Dickens Village Festival has something delicious to eat, something fun to hear, something fun to watch, something unique to experience and something to learn. The festival endeavors each year to broaden its audience and looks forward to serving the Airmen of Minot Air Force Base and surrounding communities. The festival is scheduled to continue through Dec. 11 here.
