First sergeant's say thanks: Operation Warmheart Published Dec. 16, 2010 Minot Air Force Base Public Affairs MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- On behalf of Minot AFB and its family community, the Minot First Sergeant Council would like to extend its hand and say "thank you" to their Operation Warmheart contributors. Throughout the year, the Warmheart program received numerous monetary and non-perishable food donations. Their contributions helped support and continue to make Operation Warmheart a huge success. The program is managed by Team Minot's First Sergeants Council. This program is geared toward helping Airmen and their families who face financial hardships and emergencies; providing them with grants to support them in their time of need. Again, many thanks go out, not from the First Sergeants, but the Team Minot Family.
