MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. -- 2010 was a year of great progress for the only dual-wing, nuclear capable base in the Air Force. The 5th Bomb Wing officially transitioned to Air Force Global Strike Command as well as the base passing many of its exercices and inspections.
