In September 2011, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

1. An airman first class from the 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $200 pay, 60 days restriction to base and a reprimand for two violations of Article 92, minor in consumption and dereliction of duty.

2. An airman first class from the 5th AMXS received a reduction in rank to airman, suspended reduction in rank to airman basic and a reprimand for violating Article 92, contributing alcohol to a person under the age of twenty-one.

3. An airman first class from the 5th Civil Engineer Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman, 15 days restriction to base and 15 days of extra duty for two violations of Article 86, absent without leave.

4. A senior airman from the 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman first class for violating Article 92, failure to obey a lawful order.
5. An airman first class from the 5th LRS received a reduction in rank to airman for violating Article 86, absent without leave.

6. A senior airman from the 5th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class and 15 days of extra duty for violating Article 111, driving under the influence.

7. A senior airman from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class and a reprimand for violating Article 113, sleeping while posted as a sentinel.

8. A senior airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman first class, suspended forfeiture of $500 pay and a reprimand for violating Article 86, absent without leave, and Article 92, dereliction of duty.

9. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $822 pay and a reprimand for violating Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana.

10. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $822 pay and a reprimand for violating Article 112a, wrongful possession of marijuana.

11. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, suspended forfeiture of $400 pay and a reprimand for violating Article 92, failure to obey a lawful order.

12. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $822 pay and a reprimand for two violations of Article 112a, wrongful use and possession of marijuana.

13. An airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $733 pay and a reprimand for violating Article 92, failure to obey a lawful order.

14. A senior airman from the 91st Missile Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman first class, forfeiture of $919 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for violating Article 86, absent without leave.

15. A senior airman from the 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman first class, forfeiture of $487 pay and 15 days extra duty for violating Article 86, absent without leave.

16. An airman first class from the 91st MSFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $366 pay per month for two months, 30 days restriction to base and 15 days extra duty for violating Article 111, driving under the influence.

17. An airman from the 91st MSFS received a suspended reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $366 pay, and 21 days of extra duty for violating Article 92, dereliction of duty.

18. An airman basic from the 91st MSFS received a forfeiture of $733 pay per month for two months, 30 days restriction to base, and 15 days extra duty for violating Article 86, absent without leave and Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana.

19. An airman first class from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman, suspended forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for violating Article 92, minor in consumption.
