MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In October 2011, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

RANK, UNIT, PUNISHMENT, OFFENSE

1. A senior airman from the 5th Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman First Class and forfeiture of $975.00 pay for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave.
2. An airman first class from the 5th MXS received a suspended reduction in rank to airman and forfeiture of $822.00 pay for one violation of Article 92, willful dereliction of duty.
3. A senior airman from the 5th Civil Engineering Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman with reduction below airman first class suspended, 30 days restriction to base and 15 days extra duty for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave and two violations of Article 92, misuse of government travel card.
4. A senior airman from the 5th Force Support Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman with reduction below airman first class suspended, forfeiture of $822.00 and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, wrongful use of spice and one violation of Article 134,wrongful use of spice.
5. An airman first class from the 5th FSS received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $822.00 and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, wrongful use of spice and one violation of Article 134,wrongful use of spice.
6. An airman first class from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for violating Article 113, misbehavior of a sentinel.
7. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, negligent dereliction of duty and one violation of Article 108, damage to government property.
8. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $300.00 pay and a reprimand for two violations of Article 92, minor in consumption and willful dereliction of duty.
9. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a suspended reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $300.00 pay and a reprimand for violating Article 92, willful dereliction of duty.
10. An airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $733.00 pay and a reprimand for two violations of Article 92, minor in consumption and willful dereliction of duty.
11. An airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $733.00 pay and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, failure to obey a lawful order and one violation of 107, make a false official statement.
12. An airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $733.00 pay and a reprimand for violating Article 92, minor in consumption.
13. An airman first class from the 91st Security Forces Group received a suspended reduction in rank to airman basic, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for violating Article 92, willful dereliction of duty.
14. An airman first class from the 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $733.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days restriction to base and 30 days extra duty for three violations of Article 86, absent without leave and one violation of Article 107, make a false official statement.
15. An airman first class from the 91st MSFS received a reduction in rank to airman, suspended forfeiture of $822.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days restriction to base and 21 days extra duty for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave and one violation of Article 112, drunk on duty.
16. An airman first class from the 91st MSFS received a suspended reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $500.00 pay, and 21 days of extra duty for violating Article 92, willful dereliction of duty.
17. An airman first class from the 741st Missile Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for violating Article 134, wrongful use of spice.
18. An airman first class from the 742st Missile Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic, 30 days restriction to base and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, wrongful use of spice and one violation of Article 134, wrongful use of spice.
19. An airman from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $733.00 pay and 15 days extra duty for violating Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana.
