MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. – The A1 awards recognize the best performers and finest installation level programs. 1st Lt. Megan Graham, 5th Force Support Squadron chief of plans and readiness, coordinated the return of 280 Guam deployers. Graham has identified Silver Flag training and Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear equipment deficiencies. The Airman and Family Readiness program provided 24 hour support during two Minot flood evacuations, assisting more than 12,000 evacuees to safety. Civilian Personnel is a group of motivated and proactive members supporting the Department of Defense’s only dual-wing nuclear base. The group assisted off-site family members and also expedited survivor benefits payout, reducing wait time to 66 percent.
