MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In December 2011, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

1. A staff sergeant from the 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to senior airman, forfeiture of $1,115.00 pay per month for two months with the portion in excess of $387.00 pay per month for two months suspended, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave, one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty and one violation of Article 111, operating a motor vehicle while drunk.

2. A staff sergeant from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to senior airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 111, operating a motor vehicle while drunk.

3. A senior airman 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman first class, forfeiture of $400.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for two violations of Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana and wrongful possession of marijuana.

4. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty and one violation of Article 113, misbehavior of a sentinel.

5. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, suspended forfeiture of $822.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave.

6. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave.

7. An airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $733.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for one violation of Article 113, misbehavior of a sentinel.

8. An airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave.

9. An airman basic from the 5th SFS received a forfeiture of $733.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave.

10. A senior airman from the 91st Missile Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 134, unable to pay just debt.

11. An airman first class from the 91st Maintenance Operations Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman, suspended forfeiture of $822.00 pay per month for two months, suspended extra duty for 45 days for one violation of Article 89, disrespect towards a commissioned officer and one violation of Article 92, failure to obey lawful order.

12. An airman first class from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty, and one violation
of Article 107, false official statement.

13. An airman first class from the 791st MSFS received a reduction in rank to Airman, suspended forfeiture of $822.00 pay for two months, and 15 days restriction to base for two violations of Article 86, absent without leave.
