Les Himebrook, 5th Communications Squadron commander, is presented with the Bright IDEA Squadron of the Year Award by Charles Hamilton, 5th Force Support Squadron IDEA program manager, during their squadron commander's call here Jan. 27. The 5th CS was recognized for having submitted the most ideas during a base-wide competition among squadrons to see who could provide input in job ingenuity.
