MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In January 2012, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:


1. A senior airman from the 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman first class, seven days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.
2. A senior airman from the 5th Civil Engineer Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class and 14 days extra duty for one violation of Article 112, drunk on duty.
3. An airman first class from the 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman basic, 45 days restriction, with the portion in excess of 15 days suspended, and 45 days extra duty, with the portion in excess of 15 days suspended for two violations of Article 86, failure to go and one violation of Article 134, failure to pay debt.
4. An airman from the 5th Medical Operations Squadron received 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, failure to go.
5. A staff sergeant from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to senior airman, suspended forfeiture of $1,115.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, failure to obey lawful general order.
6. A senior airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman first class, forfeiture of $400.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for one violation of Article 128, assault.
7. A senior airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman first class and a reprimand for one violation of Article 134, overindulgence of alcohol.
8. A senior airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman first class and a reprimand for one violation of Article 113, misbehavior of a sentinel.
9. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a suspended reduction in rank, forfeiture of $400.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, minor in consumption.
10. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, suspended reduction in rank to airman basic, 60 days restriction, with the portion in excess of 15 days suspended, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.
11. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, suspended forfeiture of $822.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for one violation of Article 108, damage to government property.
12. An airman first class from 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 113, misbehavior of a sentinel.
13. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.
14. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a suspended reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave.
15. An airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $745.00 pay and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, failure to obey lawful general order and one violation of Article 128, assault.
16. An airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $822.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave.
17. A staff sergeant from the 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to senior airman, suspended forfeiture of $1,506.00 pay for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 112, drunk on duty.
18. An airman first class from the 91st MSFS received a suspended reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $383.00 pay for one month, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.
19. An airman first class from the 91st MSFS received a reduction in rank to airman, suspended forfeiture of $383.00 pay for one month, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 113, misbehavior of a sentinel.
20. An airman first class from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman and forfeiture of $250.00 pay for one month for one violation of Article 92, minor in consumption.
21. An airman from the 791st MSFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic for one violation of Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana.
