MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In February 2012, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

1. An airman from the 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman basic, restriction to Minot Air Force Base for 45 days, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty and Article 111, driving under the influence.

2. A senior airman from the 5th Civil Engineering Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave.

3. A senior airman from the 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class and a reprimand for one violation of Article 91, disrespect to noncommissioned officer and one violation of Article 134, drunk and disorderly conduct.

4. An airman first class from the 5th LRS received a reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, minor in consumption.

5. An airman first class from the 5th LRS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, restriction to Minot Air Force Base for 30 days and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, providing alcohol to a minor and one violation of Article 109, damage to property.

6. An airman first class from the 5th LRS received a reduction in rank to airman, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave.

7. A senior airman from the 5th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 111, driving under the influence and one violation of Article 134, leaving the scene on an accident.

8. An airman first class from the 5th MXG received a reduction in rank to airman and suspended forfeiture of $835.00 pay for one month for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave and two violations of Article 92, dereliction of duty.

9. A senior airman from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.

10. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, suspended forfeiture of $400.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty and one violation for Article 128, assault.

11. An airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, failure to obey a lawful order.

12. An airman from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $745.00 pay for one month and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, failure to obey a lawful order.

13. An airman from the 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $745.00 pay for one month, restriction to Minot Air Force Base for 30 days, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 111, driving under the influence.

14. A senior airman from the 791st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman first class and forfeiture of $878.00 pay for two months for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty.
