MINOT, N.D. -- The Veteran's Center hosted its first Vietnam Veterans Day Welcome Home celebration in Minot, March 29. The event was held as part of a Presidential Proclamation issued by the Commander in Chief proclaiming March 29 as a day of observance for Vietnam Veterans.
