MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --  In April 2012, the following Minot Air Force Base service members were punished under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

1. An airman first class from the 5th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $400 pay and a reprimand for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty and one violation of Article 107, false official statement.

2. A senior airman from the 5th Contracting Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $745 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for one violation of Article 112a, wrongful use of marijuana.

3. An airman first class from the 5th Comptroller Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $835 pay per month for two months for one violation of Article 111, driving under the influence.

4. A senior airman from the 5th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class and a reprimand for one violation of Article 111, driving under the influence.

5. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 113, sleeping on post.

6. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $835 pay and a reprimand for one violation of Article 113, sleeping on post.

7. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman, forfeiture of $835 pay and a reprimand for one violation of Article 111, driving under the influence.

8. An airman first class from the 5th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for one violation of Article 113, sleeping on post.

9. A senior airman from the 91st Missile Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman first class, suspended forfeiture of $934 pay per month for two months, 25 day restriction to Minot Air Force Base and 25 days extra duty for one violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty and one violation of Article 107, false official statement.

10. An airman first class from the 91st Security Forces Group received a suspended reduction in rank to airman basic, forfeiture of $745 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, absent without leave.
